Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original TAI Jewelry packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
